How long does implementation take?

Most practices are fully onboarded within 2 weeks. Our team handles technical setup, and we provide training materials for your nursing staff. The patient-facing experience requires no training.

What EMR systems do you integrate with?

We currently support Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Athenahealth integrations. We can also work with custom EMR solutions or operate standalone with manual documentation.

How do patients access the platform?

Patients scan a QR code at discharge and complete a simple registration on their smartphone. No app download is required—everything works through a mobile-optimized web interface.

What happens when an alert is triggered?

Alerts are triered by severity. Low-priority alerts are handled by our telehealth physicians. High-priority alerts notify your designated on-call team immediately via SMS, email, or pager.

Is this covered by Medicare?

Yes. Post-operative telehealth visits are billable under the 2025 G0559 code. Our billing team can help you understand the reimbursement opportunities.

What about patients without smartphones?

Patients can also check in via phone call with an automated system, or receive calls from our care coordinators. We accommodate all technology comfort levels.
